At Prithi Publications, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds will work for orders placed through our online store.

2. Applicability

This policy applies to orders placed through prithipublications.com only and applies within India.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

• If an order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be processed as a return once delivered.

4. Return Eligibility

You can request a return only if:

• The book delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
• The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Note: Books that have been opened and read are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

To request a return:

2. Once approved, we will share return instructions (pickup or drop-off).
3. Book(s) must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact.

6. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund.
• Refunds are issued in the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days of receipt.
• You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.

7. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items.
• If you want an exchange, please mention it in your return request.

8. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping cost will be borne by us only if the product is damaged/incorrect.
• For all other returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

9. Exceptions

• Personalized or gift books made to order may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Downloadable products are non-returnable.
